Welcome to M Streets
Beautifully designed and full of charm and history
Known locally as M Streets, Greenland Hills was developed in the 1920s as a purposeful attempt to fashion a high-value residential community on the edges of Dallas. The master-planned town was constructed on rolling hills with strategic landscaping and strict guidelines. It has an original architectural style influenced by brick veneering and reflecting the eclectic styles of Europe and England. It possesses one of the largest selections of Tudor properties in the United States.
M Streets has been growing in popularity, especially among young families and professionals looking for big-city amenities. The charming town is bordered by N. Central Expressway, Vanderbilt Avenue, McCommas, and Greenville Avenue. Set within a conservation district to preserve the area’s history and style, it has a charming character, a canopy of tall pecan and oak trees, and an active events schedule.
